RTT is a powerful therapy that works with the subconscious mind to uncover where patterns and beliefs began—and powerfully transform them. By combining hypnotherapy, psychology, nlp and neuroscience, RTT helps the brain release old emotional responses and create new, healthier ones, allowing change to happen at a deeper level.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) works with the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses – and transform them at the source. Therefore it can be used to work on almost anything the client wants to change.
Some examples:
Relationships & Attachment • Avoidant attachment • Anxious attachment • Commitment issues • Fear of intimacy • Repeating unhealthy relationship patterns
Food & Eating Patterns • Emotional eating • Sugar or chocolate addiction • Food control issues • Anorexia & bulimia • Unhealthy relationships with food
Addictions & Habits • Smoking • Alcohol • Pregnancy-related fears or stress • Headaches
Stress-related physical symptoms • Psychosomatic symptoms • Supporting recovery after accidents
Truth or Myth
The myth about hypnosis: One of the biggest myths about hypnosis is that the therapist is in control – that you’ll be told what to do, forced to change, or made to reveal things against your will. Rest assured, that’s not how hypnosis works! In hypnotherapy, you are always aware, conscious, and in control. You can hear everything, you can speak, move, stop any time -and you can never be made to do or say anything that goes against your values.
Hypnosis is simply a focused, relaxed state, similar to daydreaming or being deeply absorbed in a movie. The therapist guides the process, but your mind chooses what to accept. Change happens with you, not to you.
Who hypnotherapy is not suitable for Hypnotherapy and RTT are safe for most people, but they are not recommended for individuals experiencing: • Schizophrenia • Active psychosis (hallucinations, delusions, • Schizoaffective disorder • Bipolar disorder during manic or psychotic episodes • Severe dissociative disorders (unless treated by a specialist) • Severe depression with active suicidal risk • Uncontrolled epilepsy • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the session
In some cases, hypnotherapy may be possible with medical or psychiatric approval. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative, respectful process. Your safety, consent, and autonomy always come first.
What to expect from your RTT session
An RTT session is a deep, focused, and collaborative experience designed to work with the subconscious mind and uncover the root cause of an issue.
Session length: A session usually lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes, and in some cases may take up to 2 hours. For this reason, it’s recommended not to plan anything immediately after your session, so we have enough time to fully complete the work without feeling rushed. Sometimes important sights or emotions come up that we need to address gently and properly.
During the session: You will be guided into a relaxed, focused state while remaining aware and in control at all times. You can speak, move, and pause whenever you need
To get the most out of the session: • You must be in a quiet, uninterrupted space • No phone calls, meetings, messages, or distractions • Children, work, or other responsibilities should not interrupt the session. This time is for you and your mind to fully focus.
How to prepare • Do not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs at least 24 hours before the session • Arrive rested, hydrated, and open to the process • There is no need to “try” or perform — simply show up as you are
After the session: You will feel relaxed and grounded. You are able to drive yourself after the session — no assistance is required. The new awareness will be active right after the session. A unique tailored audio will be created for you to listen to for 21 days after the session, it will be crucial that you listen to it to lock n the new changes in your subconscious mind.
A note to remember: RTT works best when you allow yourself the time and space to go inward, without pressure. The more present and open you are, the deeper and more effective the experience can be.
1 to 3 sessions only Most clients experience meaningful shifts within one to three RTT sessions, depending on the depth and complexity of the issue being addressed. In many cases, a single session is sufficient to create noticeable change-particularly for specific concerns such as certain phobias or clearly defined behavioral patterns.
However, some challenges are rooted in multiple layers of emotional learning and subconscious conditioning. In these cases, working across two or three sessions allows the brain additional opportunities to fully integrate and stabilize the new, healthier patterns.
From a neuroscience perspective, repetition and reinforcement help strengthen newly formed neural pathways. Follow-up sessions support this process by: • Deepening the installation of updated beliefs • Refining emotional responses as the subconscious continues to adapt • Adding or adjusting therapeutic suggestions as new insights emerge, ensuring long-term integration rather than surface-level change.
For this reason, many clients choose to book a three-session package, which allows the therapeutic work to unfold at a pace that respects the nervous system and maximizes lasting results. Each session builds upon the previous one, guided by your Individual progress and needs, rather than a fixed or predetermined protocol.

I honestly don’t recognize the person I was before working with Yara. I was living in constant anxiety. I was scared all the time, having panic attacks almost every day, and I genuinely couldn’t sit alone with myself. My thoughts felt out of control, my body was always on edge, and I had completely lost my confidence and never felt safe being alone or going somewhere because i was always scared of something happening After my RTT sessions with Yara, something shifted deeply and i had a full 180 degree transformation. I can now sit alone calmly. I feel safe in my body. The panic attacks that once controlled my days no longer run my life. Situations that used to terrify me don’t hold power over me anymore. I feel grounded, present, and emotionally stable in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible for me. Yara doesn’t just help you “cope” — she helps you rewire at the root. She creates a space that feels safe, intuitive, and deeply transformative. If you’re struggling with anxiety, fear, panic, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I can say with full certainty that working with Yara can change your life the way it changed mine.
Life has been unfolding beautifully after the sessions. There is a deep sense of calm and serenity. I feel more connected to love — noticing it all around me and simply being it. I’m more present in my daily life, appreciating the small details, and feeling a renewed excitement toward life and everything it brings
Yara’s session far exceeded my expections. She conducted the session with the full confidence, dexterity, flow, professionalism, structure and conduct of a seasoned therapist, with her own style and charm (without script but using the RTT tools and lexicons. She wields the RTT tools deftly and was able to go much deeper and further with the presenting problem (the same one I have used with many of my sessions). I am deeply grateful for the session.

I’m a deeply curious human being-someone who has always been willing to question norms, defy expectations, and follow intuition even when it meant taking the longer, less obvious road.
My journey began as the “good girl” who followed the rules, met expectations, and pursued a socially approved path. I became a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine after six years of studies. Yet despite the achievement, something inside me didn’t feel right. Listening to that inner rebeled me to a bold change, I left that path to become a tattoo artist, returning to my love for art, creativity, and human connection.
Through tattooing, I didn’t just ink skin listened. I held space for people’s stories, emotions, fears, and transformations. Sitting with clients for hours taught me how deeply people long to be heard, understood, and seen.
Over time, I realized that while tattooing allowed people to express parts of themselves on the outside, many were silently carrying stories that needed healing on a deeper level. I saw how many people needed support beyond expression-support that reached the mind, emotions, and subconscious patterns shaping their lives.
That realization led me to the missing piece.
When I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), everything I had lived studied, and felt finally came together. Psychology, neuroscience, healing. intuition, and purpose aligned into one path.
Today, l am an RTT therapist—and every day, I fall more in love with therapy. My purpose is to help people uncover the root of their patterns, reconnect with their inner power, and become more than they ever believed possible. Not by fixing them-but by reminding them of who they already are.
